Universal Royalty will Grant  a full refund for any product you are unsatisfied with (ecluding non-refundable products) within 15 days of delivery. if a product is non-refundable it will be stated on the individual product description page. To return an item you must keep the item in perfect condition without using or removing the original labels and the original packaging.

Apparel Returns

apparel returns Need to be issued within 15 days of receiving your item. Apparel Returns are free, the item should be shipped to the Address Provided on the return label. the return label will be provided with the package please keep to issue a return.

Product Returns

all products are refundable within 15 days of receiving the product unless specifically stated otherwise. Return Shipping Cost are the sole responsibility of the returner for all products.

note not all products are refundable If a product is non-refundable it will it will be specified under the Product Description on the individual products Detail page.

Universal Royalty has sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method) credit your account, or replace a product.

 In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem to Universal Royalty via email at infinte.support@universalroyaltystore.com within 15 days of delivery.

 For Clartificatio: Universal Royalty will not issue a return if the Product is damaged during delivery, the shipping provider did not complete delivery or the delivery was late.

In such cases, you may place a new order, or the recipient of the individual order must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider

What warrents a return:

Ther item does not match the fulfillment information (the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the Product was the wrong size, color or type)

Shipping and delivery Policies

When purchasing Products or Apparel from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

FREE SHIPPING: Delivery within 3 to 5 Days

USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE SHIPPING: Delivery within 2 -5 business days

USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING: Delivery within 1 -3 business days

USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: Delivery is overnight Product or Apparel has to be ordered by 6 PM.

Affiliate suppliers will ship VIA their own preferred mailing service. Delivery will take place depending on the delivery method selected. Weather conditions may affect delivery times. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note: the delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase (EXCLUDING OUR FREE SHIPPING OPTION)  You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. All shipping dicrempicies are the sole resposibility of the shipping provider.
