The Beginning
Im Fairly New To Mediation But It Is A Practice That Has Become Necessary For Me As My Awareness Grows Emotionally And Mentally. As You Grow More Conscious Of Your Emotional Space You Become Aware Of Everything That's Affecting You There. The Spiritual World Is Vast And Meditation Has Become Necessary To Keep My Feet On The Ground And Make It Easier For Me To Have Control In That Space. Anytime Your Thoughts Are Outside Yourself So Are Your Feelings This Is Where You Can Be Vonrable To The Feelings And Thoughts Of Others Which Can hinder Your view of your own feelings Learning to see yourself Throuh Your Own Eyes and seperate yourself from the perspectives of others Will Allow you To know yourself and others better. meditation gives you the opportunity to still your mind and observe these feelings of mind and emotion left by yourself and others that become part of your aura. this allows you to ask yourself who you are when you see the ability to affect change within you at this level. The Gentle Space of Feeling Meditation Offers allows you to do this in a healthy atmosphere Spiritually. meditation is a amazing practice to help you gently learn to control the instincts of your mind and feelings. The Personal ability to control the instincts of where your mind wanders and your feelings follow allows you some solid ground spiritually to begin to build character into yourself and have the control necessary to become anything you want. being able to think or feel in amazing ways is even more impressive with control of yourself where emotional flows dont spill out over everyone beyond your intention. Practicing to be aware of your feelings and thoughts comes first then trying different methods to help you still that space is where i like to get creative. Ill use Color, visual Rotation, Visual Scenarios of Stillness like Visualizing a frozen lake which helps me remember the feeling of stillness in That particular way.
Past lifes and meditation
While practicing meditation i have gone into moments of experience that i know i didn’t get to under my own practice of meditation in this life. the experience deeper understanding of what was happening that i didn’t come into naturally through gradual expansion of ability. i all of a sudden locked into the field of energy around me strongly feeling like being in an ocean of water with slight swaying to the currents. this moved my body side to side. i also found myself using a hand gesture from my own intuition that i knew to angle in different ways that allowed me to feel the energy around me and through the angle i held my hands created a more open space of feeling around me relieving the pressure of the ocean of energy around me. as i would hold a feeling and thought in my head and heart watched this deep blue light rise out of my heart very rapidly and move upwards. It Felt like this light would be used in creation through the thought and feeling that created it and i was directing towards. This Experience felt like i was tapping back into my own abilities but at a level i was yet to earn under my own practice in this life. but it allowed me to see what’s possible and what i’m capable of. but my intuition told me to not start trying to meditate at that level all the time but to start from the beginning and walk a road of understanding i had apparently Already paved for myself.
Locking into The Field
When you Meditate sometimes it can feel like sitting shoulder level in a ocean. this happens when you lock in to the emotional space of energy around you. this also means you are within the space of others emotional energy. this is a place of great responsibility. when i find myself there i calm my mind any subtle worry when noticing this can In balance the field of emotional energy and it feels like the ocean of energy start to move more taking it further from your Control. the object is to still this energy. i try creating a feeling of stillness and Openness within it by seeing proportionally the size of the movement around me and projecting that feeling of stillness on the outside of it and creating the feeling of openess within the center of it. while relating it to a calming mental visual. mentally I use the color of warm golden yellow light that I Associte to the feeling of grace. i start by taking Awareness of the movement my body feels locked into by seeing it mentally in a proportional and shape based visual then creating feeling into with emtion only followed by a mental visual that has feeling. i ask myself why my instincts think to work in this way. The Answer i get is it the mental visual seems to hold the influence of feeling through the idea. More Excepted Visual The More Effective You Can Be in Stilling the Emotional Energy Of A Field Of Individuals. This Of Course is when im The only one Taking effort to. Meaning the only one in the building meditating. When With Others I would Sit Back Gently as We All Allow ourselves to Find The Same Places of Feeling and Thought Naturally Through Gentle Suggestion Emotionally With a light Visual For Guidance of where we all are further agreeing to go with this feeling.
Whats Being asked of your mind By The Heart
Meditation Is A Practice I Try To Do 3 Days A Week To Help Me Establish More Self-Control And Strength Emotionally. Self-Reflection During Meditation Is For Me, Also Necessary. As You Climb Consciously It Will Ask More Reason Of You To Be In That Space Of Awareness Just Knowing Its Real Or Right Doesn’t Cut It. Really Knowing Yourself And Why Your There Is Necessary.
Knowing How To Come equal With how your Thoughts relate to your Feelings or Vice Versa. is how we create a Karmic Balance within Ourselves.
I Started My Journey Into Consciousness Having No Idea It Would Be How It Is Once Your There It All Makes Sense Everything Interconnects But Until Your Aware, You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know No Matter How Good You Are At Rationalizing Possibilities.
Spending Time Within Myself allows you to Take noticemeant of others rhythms of Movement and Balance of them. Inward Perspective and Outward Perspective Is a rhythm of Balance we don’t always account for. Thinking Outwardly and not taking enough time time think inward in the same ways can create emotional imbalance within you. Meditation is a great practice to help you spend the time to go inward and keep this balance of Life. Life Can Be Busy and Always ask for our attention Outwardly so Remembering to Sit With Yourself And reflect On Yourself And Your Thoughts of the Day is A Practice of Higher Self That Can Help Propel Your Life Forward into Any Level Of Life your Striving For. At The Top Of Our World These Rhythms are Present and Necessary So I say To Anyone That’s A Rational and Deep Thinker If Your Not Meditating on a regular basis I Feel it May Help You Get Where You Want to Go In Ways you Wouldn’t Think Realates.

3am Meditation
Three Am Is The Best Time to Meditate in My Opinion Because The emotional And Mental Space Collectively Is Still and Thoughts and Feelings of Good Intent Reach Further and are not muddle By The Many Vibrations That Become Present During the Middle of the Day. Which Also Means you can Access Further Clarity within Yourself. Meditating Daily at Three am can Also Help you Set The Emotional And Mental Tone For Your Day. Allowing Yourself The Control To Guide Your Feelings and Thoughts on The Upcoming Projects of Your Day. Having Watched The Intention in Thought and Feeling I rise and Start my Day with and How the Day Plays Out I realize How Important The Thoughts and Feelings You Start You Day With Are. I Also Believe That 3am Is A Special Time Spirtually Due to the Rising of the Sun And The Presence of Threshold Energy That is only present at Sunset and Sunrise The Transition of one thing To another is an energy all as Individual As the two things thats separated by it. This acts as a doorway energy and thoughts and feelings forward of things you want to bring into your day are literally supported by it. This Is Where the Thought of Collective meditation at sunrise and sunset can allow a community to really guide their Progress. if one city made it a practice for all residents to meditate at sunrise and sunset setting forth good intention through the meditation this supportive energy would reach out past the boundaries of the community itself. making this a reality starts rational in the same understanding of the influence of one community to another now understood between one individual in a community and another as a Gradual Growth of Positive Practice. The Greatest Way to Affect Change is To Start Within Yourself.
3AM Threshold
Routine = Self Control
Creating A Routine Can Help Create Forward Thinking to Help Keep the Balance of Inward Reflection During Meditation. You Meditate To Bring Balance to outward Thought but don’t overlook That Going Inward Can Also Create Imbalance. This is Where Routine Can Help Keep your Thoughts Moving Forward. You Want To Take mind To How Often Your Doing Both Allow yourself to just see Your Natural Flow in these ways let’s say over a weeks time how often do you partake in activities and scenarios that have you present and thinking forward how often throughout the week do you think inward on everything you thought outward on and how often do you create a still Space of Thought and Feeling within Yourself Like in a practice of meditation that allows you a better look of yourself within both.
Inward Meditation
Is When You Practice being Present in thought and feeling within yourself. You Focus On Your Body The Feeling of Your Crossed Legs The Feeling of Your Breath without Focusing on Visualizing it. Sometimes The Mind Will Wonder Into Visual When You Take So much thought to Realize what your doing. simply Opening your eyes and recentering can help you come back into a point of balance in your mental perspective. you don’t want to go into yourself in visual just in feeling. Keep the Mind Still and within You.
outward meditation
Outward Meditation is when you allow the mind and Heart to Wonder Allowing your mind to meet your feelings outside you. Where do You feelings naturally go when you don’t look to guide them while being silent and sitting still allowing your mind to gently ask why, once your somewhere in feeling. Gently Allowing your emotional energy to move outside you like water feeling where it goes gently asking why and moving forward in that flow. taking to much mind can interrupt your natural emotional flow. This will allow outward reflection of your instincts. Practicing both Versions of inward and outward meditation Will Allow you to see Yourself on a Grander Scale.
the Breath
Breathwork is very Important in both forms of meditation. It allows you to focus gently within yourself during inward meditation. during outward meditation, it can give you structure in mind through function and feeling to visualize outwards with. connecting both heart and mind.
Focusing on The expansion of your lungs in feeling and creating a mental visual of expansion can help you reach further into your abilities mentally and emotionally. This can be a great way to practice creating visual with feeling. connecting heart and mind. i’ll feel the expansion of my chest with the gentle feeling of air that i visually will see as Light Usually a Warm Golden Light Or A Clear White Light. and visualize the reach of the light growing from within my center to the boundaries of my body and beyond with each inhale and coming back into me with each exhale.
Inward meditation can help you be more grounded and present.
outward meditation can help expand awareness and imagination.
Inward meditation will help you learn to Resist your Instincts To Emotionalize The Experience In A Larger Way. it’s common to Make Feelings Symbolically Bigger Mentally. Just Try KeepingThings Simple Grounded And Within yourself feel within the room your in.
Outward Meditation Can Be Used To Grow Your Awareness As Opposed To Help Ground It. Allowing Your Thoughts And Feelings To Drift Naturally, Expanding Experience. Something Common In Meditation Is To Expand The Feeling Of Space Around You While Creating Stillness And Being Present Within Yourself. I Personally Can Do Both Separately But At The Same Time, It Becomes Harder To Hold That Stillness And Expansion Because When I Let My Awareness Outside Myself To Create The Feelings Of Expansion And Stillness It Wants To Continue To See More And Do More. inward meditation will help you learn this control.
Some Of The Best Meditation Experts Have Mastered Themselves In Both Ways Inwardly And Outwardly Which Allows Them The Ability To Expand The Feeling Of Space Around Them But Still Be Very Grounded Present And Still Within Themselves, Creating And Controlling Their Space.
“When I Expand The Space Around Me In Meditation I Usually Mentally Do It From A Birds Eye View” (Not In Myself) And As Much As I Can Create The Feeling And Visual Mentally Im Not In Myself While Doing It. When We Express Experience Emotionally It’s Easier When Your Thoughts Aren’t Grounded Within Yourself. Having The Same Feeling While Being Present In Thought Within Yourself comes up against the resistance of your thinking.
this is a great opportunity to see what your not doing that your also telling yourself you should be.
Clearing My Chakras Is One Way That Helps Me To Focus On Something Within My Physical Self while in meditation. There’s Always A Fine Balance Between Thinking To Draw Your Focus And Overthinking By Realizing What Your Doing, Where You Begin To Come Out Of Balance Again. Listen To The Thought Of Your Feelings It Will Always Lead You Right.
Chakra Clearing
Practice Visualizing Your Chakras while Clearing them in your feelings inside and outside of yourself in Projection
Color Is A Great Tool To Bring Balance To Your Own Body’s System Of Energy. Most People Are Familiar With The Concept Of Chakras Which Are Centers Of Energy Within The Body. If You Have Seen Pictures Of Chakras They Are Differentiated By Color. This Is Because The Energy Centers In The Body Work In Ranges Of Frequency, Frequency Is A Way To Measure The Rate Of Vibration Of Energy. The Chakra Centers Take On Color Because That Particular Center Of Energy In The Body Vibrates At The Same Frequency That Creates The Color. When We Are Looking To Balance Or Connect With A Particular Center In The Body We Need To Understand This Is Very Literal And Understanding How Energy Works Helps Us Do That. If We Wanted To Connect With Our Root Chakra We Need To Understand This Is A Literal Center Of Vibrational Energy. So How Do We Know When We Connect? We Use Our Emotions, Our Emotions Are Vibrational Energy. Learning To Connect To The Feeling Of Colors Helps Us Connect To Ourselves. Connecting To The Root Chakra Which Is The Center Associated With Red, We Want To First Put Our Emotional Awareness And Attention To The Area Of The Body Where That Chakra Center Is Located. The Root Chakra Is In The Lower Abdomen, Then We Want To Begin To Visualize The Color Red In That Area While Trying To Connect Emotionally To The Feeling Of Red. When You Connect You Should Notice The Feeling Of Red You Started In With Changes, Take Notice Meant Of That Feelings Change And What It Says To You. This Is When You Have Actually Connected To The Energy Of That Center Within Your Body. This Takes Our Emotional Energy And Guides It In That Center. Visualizing Red Helps You Feel Red Guiding The Frequency Of Your Emotional Energy In Hopes You’ll Get Close Enough To The Frequency Of The Actual Energy Of The Center That It Will Connect. We Always Use Our Thoughts To Guide Our Emotional Energy For Literal Connection To The Subject Of Our Thought. A Subject Is A Center Of Energy That Holds The Information “Patterns Of Energy” Of All The Thoughts “Energy Patterns” Ever Connected With That Subject. We Can Connect In And Make A Realization Which Is Alot Of The Time Us Connecting With The Information Of Someone Else’s Thoughts Left There In The Past. Realizations Are Emotional, Not Mental Connections. Your Mind Just Processes The Information Of The Feeling Into Understanding Using Your Language. Language Is Just Another Structure Of Representation For Emotional Energy Patterns And Meanings. Once Connected To The Chakra Ceneters Energy You’ll Notice The Feeling Change Slightly Without Your Doing, Notice What The Change In Feeling Says To You. Apply An Emotional Feeling That Brings Balance And Clarity To That Center Now That Your Connected. To Do That You Want To Feel The Feeling Of Clarity And Balance While Still Keeping Your Awareness In That Part Of Your Body. I Find A Deeper Red Works Best And Visualizing The Color As Water Deep Red Crystal Clear Water, Can Help Add The Emotion Of Clarity Without Breaking Your Awareness. Visualizing The Color In Circular Rotation Is Also A Tool To Bring Balance Clockwise Rotation Elevates Counterclockwise Rotation Grounds.
This Picture Can Also Relate to the Spinning Motion Of Your Breath
So If A Center Feels Overstimulated Visualize Light Spinning Counterclockwise To Calm The Energy And Bring Balance. If A Center Feels Under-Stimulated Then Visualize Light Spinning Clockwise To Elevate The Energy Within The Center. Notice Where Your Feelings Say Stop To Not Unbalance Yourself With This Technique It’s Simply To Add Back What’s Missing In Energetic Balance All These Points Of Balance Are Observable Through Your Feelings In Relation To Your Thought. Remember Your Thoughts Guide Your Emotional Energy To A Literal Center Of Energy “ The Subject Of Your Thought” Your Feelings Then Can Tell You What’s In Balance Or Out Of Balance With You And That Subject/Center Of Energy By Changing Your Perspective On The Same Subject And Observing The Change In Your Feelings. Repeat This Process Of Guiding And Clearing All The Chakra Centers And Their Colors/Energy By Using The Techniques Above. This Will Help Clear The Energy Centers And Bring Overall Balance Throughout Your Emotional, Mental, And Physical Body.
